Collaboration

This page lists all poems written in collaboration with other poets. I don't do many collaborations, probably because my own work is now divided into themes or under a title of a series. So it feels weird to even share a standalone poem. These are the only 4 poems i collaborated on and i think they are one of the best i have ever written.

1. Lingering in the Rain
It was written with a poetess Deepali. This poem was somewhat of a poem i wrote for my closure as i was preparing to stop writing. I had no idea that my collection would grow this big by now. This poem was a result of various conversations between me and her about how we should

2. The Quiet Exit
It is one of the three poems that i worked on with my friend Aurora. I had this rough idea in my diary about feeling out of place and thinking death is my only escape. I wrote it about death but then she brought escapism in it.

3. The Prophets of Broken Fates
This is the second poem i worked on with Aurora. She brought this idea about a woman prophet and i incorporated my own idea that i got from this poem. Its about two prophets with broken fates, whose fate was once read by someone who failed in meeting their own soulmate.

4. Seashells and Sorrows
This is the third poem and final poem i ever wrote with Aurora. She sent me this idea she had and then i did what i could. I could have turned it into something about getting heartbroken near seashore but i decided to turn it into a story about a girl finding out about the heartbreaking reality about our oceans. It is evident which part was written by her and it screams innocence meanwhile mine is dark.
